Alvin Stoltzfus

Alvin and el

Alvin was born in Texas and raised in Kentucky. He worked with his Dad in general construction until he was fifteen years old. When he was sixteen he became foreman of a mowing crew, moving on to steel construction by the time he was eighteen years old. In 2002 he met his wife El, and they got married in 2003. By the year 2006, he retired off the road to raise his rapidly growing family.

Alvin started a general construction company in 2011 and returned to steel construction in 2012. In 2015 he bought a camper and his family of 5 children and his wife started working over the road, with El cooking for the crew as much as possible. In 2017 they welcomed another little boy, and yet another one in 2020 rounding their family out to the perfect number seven.

In 2021 he once again retired from working over the road to buy and manage an equipment rental store in Middleburg Pennslyvania for the Lads group.

If you call Lads Construction, it is Alvin you will speak to. He is the leader of both Lads Construction and Middleburg Rentals, soon to be rebranded Lads Rentals.
