Dan and Rosy Yoder

Dan was born and raised in Kentucky in a large homesteading family. He started working for Lads Construction in the fall of 2016. In the spring of 2019 he started dating Rosy Ringler who was born in Pa and moved south with her family when she was 13 years old. They got married August 2019 and Rosy joined our crew.

Rosy is the only female on our crew and although she is tiny, you will see her slinging steel with the best of them. She is our in-house photographer and if you follow our Instagram page, most of the photo credits go to her.

In the summer of 2022, Dan became a partner of Lads Construction. He is the brawn behind the brains and has managed to break even Alvin’s record for feet of roofing production.

His favorite hobby is (following) Rosy (around as she explores new towns and areas we find ourselves working in.)
